Background

Frasers Property Australia is the Australian arm of international property group Frasers Property Limited. Its Australian business traces back to 1924 (previously Australand, once listed on the ASX, taken over and privatised by Singapore's Frasers Centrepoint in 2014, and renamed Frasers Property Australia in August 2015). Parent company Frasers Property Limited is listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX: TQ5) and controlled by TCC Group, owned by Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, operating across Singapore, Australia, the UK, China, Thailand and more. Frasers Property Australia has delivered over 145,000 homes and is one of Australia's leading diversified property groups, known for sustainability and green building — certifying over 5.6 million square metres of Green Star space across its communities. Its landmark Central Park (Chippendale, a JV with Sekisui House) includes One Central Park, winner of the 2014 CTBUH Best Tall Building Worldwide.
