Background

Billbergia Group, founded in 1988 by brothers John and William Kinsella (the Kinsella family) and headquartered in Meadowbank, Sydney, is one of Australia's largest privately owned property developers. Since 1988 it has delivered over 6,000 apartments and major commercial assets across Sydney and Brisbane, with another 7,000+ homes in master-planned communities under construction or in planning. Operating as an integrated developer-builder, Billbergia has never had a project go into liquidation in 35+ years. It pioneered the waterfront renewal of the Rhodes Peninsula, leading the area's transformation since the early 2000s with 4,000+ Rhodes apartments delivered.
